• Also played baseball for Boyertown (got the game winning hit to clinch the Ches-Mont title in 1969)
• Coached at Kutztown University (assistant in football), Susquehanna University (assistant in football, head coach in baseball), Delaware State (assistant in football)
• Currently is the head football coach at Moravian University (17 years), with a record of 117-78-1, including a MAC championship in 1988 and Commonwealth championship in 1993

  • Went to West Chester University, recruited as a quarterback but never played
  • Graduated from West Chester University in 1973 with a Health and Physical Education degree
  • Earned a master's degree from the University of North Carolina

  • Winning the Ches-Mont championship in 1968, after being picked by many to finish 7th in the league and unity of the team being a close family
