• Named to All Ches-Mont football team as a junior and senior, as well as the basketball and baseball teams as a senior
• Played collegiately at Syracuse University (2 years as safety and 2 years as quarterback)
• Selected as the ABC TV player of the week as a senior for his performance in a game against Michigan State

  • Lives in Virginia with his wife of 27 years Janet. They have three children, Ryan (freshman QB at Maryland), Brittany (basketball player at Duke), and Connor.
